Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes content and activity not permitted on the Vensher Media LLC platform or on websites we build, host, or maintain (the "Services"). It supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services you agree to this AUP. We may decline projects, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts and hosted websites that violate it, and may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
1. Prohibited website content and businesses
We build websites for lawful businesses. We will not build, host, or maintain websites for, or containing: illegal products, services, or activity; fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers, fake reviews or testimonials, or impersonation of another business or person; unlicensed provision of services that legally require a license, or claims of licensure, certification, insurance, or affiliation that are untrue; adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material; any content that exploits or endangers minors; harassment, threats, hate, or content intended to harm others; malware distribution, phishing, or deceptive data collection; content infringing intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights (including photos, logos, or reviews you do not have rights to use); regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance) presented without appropriate authorization and human review; products or services prohibited or restricted by our payment processor or card networks; or deceptive urgency, pricing, or guarantee claims that violate consumer-protection law.
2. Accuracy of business claims
You are responsible for the accuracy of statements on your website about your business — including licensing, insurance, certifications, pricing, guarantees, service areas, and years in business. We will correct factual errors you identify, and we may require substantiation or remove claims that appear deceptive or that create legal or processor risk.
3. Platform misuse
You may not: attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' sites; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization; scrape the platform or automate abusive usage; resell, share, or transfer platform access without our written agreement; bypass billing, usage, or safety controls; or interfere with service to other customers.
4. Preview website integrity
Preview websites are demonstrations. You may not claim a preview website as your own live website, misrepresent its status, or use previews of other businesses' information for any purpose.
5. Hosted content responsibility
For websites we host, you are the publisher of your business content. We may remove specific content (or, for material or repeated violations, suspend the website) where content violates this AUP, applicable law, or third-party rights, or creates processor, security, or legal risk. Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to cure before suspension.
6. Enforcement
We may, at our reasonable discretion: decline or pause a build; require content changes; remove content; suspend or terminate accounts or hosting; preserve and disclose records for legal, payment, or fraud-prevention purposes; and report illegal activity.
7. Reporting
To report a violation — including a preview or hosted website you believe misuses your information or infringes your rights — contact hello@venshermedia.com with links and details. Takedown requests from the affected business are processed promptly.
8. Updates
We may update this AUP; updates are posted with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
