Data Deletion Requests

Effective date: October 4, 2026

You may request deletion of your personal information from Vensher Media LLC by emailing hello@venshermedia.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

To help us locate your records, please include: your name, the email address associated with your account or our correspondence, your business name, and any relevant order or receipt information.

Business owners: if we created a preview website for your business and you would like it removed along with your information from our systems, say so in the same email — we handle both together and process takedowns promptly.

Google-connected data: if you connected a Google account to our platform, deletion requests also cover data received from Google APIs, which we handle in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Disconnecting your Google account stops further access immediately.

We review and process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), subject to legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or compliance obligations that may require us to retain certain limited records. Where we retain limited records under those obligations, we isolate them from active use.
