This Privacy Policy describes how Vensher Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Vensher Media," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with venshermedia.com, our creative studio services, our website platform — including preview websites and purchased customer websites we host — the AI assistant features on those websites, and related services (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Account and contact details (name, email, phone, business details), content and assets you submit for your website or studio engagement, support communications, and billing details (billing address and limited transaction metadata such as card brand, last four digits, and payment status).

Automatically collected. IP address, browser and device type, session timestamps, and pages viewed. Essential cookies maintain sessions and preferences; analytics runs only with your consent (see Section 7).

Business information from public sources. Where we prepare a preview website for a business or conduct business outreach, we may collect publicly available business information — such as business name, category, address, phone, website status, and aggregate ratings — from business-data services and directories. This is information about businesses; where it includes personal information (for example, a sole proprietor's name or business contact details), we process it for the legitimate business purpose of offering our services to that business. We honor source-platform data rules, including limits on how long certain licensed data may be cached, and we do not republish third-party photographs or raw third-party review text on delivered websites.

AI assistant conversations. Customer websites we deliver include an AI chat assistant. Messages exchanged with an assistant are processed to answer the visitor's question and to capture the visitor's contact details as a lead for that business. Conversation transcripts and captured leads are made available to the business that owns the website. Do not share sensitive personal information with an assistant.

Payment information. We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use information

To generate preview websites and deliver purchased websites and studio work; to provide, operate, and configure the AI assistant for each customer site; to provide, secure, and improve the Services; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to provide support and service communications; to conduct lawful business outreach with functioning opt-outs; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. AI processing

Website content is generated with AI assistance, and the AI assistant is powered by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic for content generation and ElevenLabs for conversational features). Business information and inputs are processed by these providers solely to deliver the requested features. We do not use your content or data to train public AI foundation models, and our provider agreements reflect equivalent restrictions. Compliance controls govern what data may be passed to AI systems.

5. Google services

Where you connect a Google account to the Services (for example, to link or manage your Google Business Profile), our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the user-facing features you request; we do not sell it; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where necessary for internal operations after aggregation or anonymization.

6. How we share information

Only with service providers necessary to operate the Services: payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting (DigitalOcean), DNS/CDN (Cloudflare), domain registration (Namecheap), email delivery (Resend), business data and mapping (Google, Mapbox), and AI generation and conversation (Anthropic, ElevenLabs). We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to resolve payment disputes (including providing transaction and delivery records to processors and card networks). A current subprocessor list is available on request.

7. Cookies, analytics, and your consent

Essential cookies (session, security, preferences) are always active. Analytics is off by default and loads only if you choose "Allow analytics" on the consent bar shown on your first visit; you can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the site footer, or through your browser settings. We do not use advertising pixels or session-replay tools; if that ever changes, this section will be updated first. Disabling essential cookies may limit functionality.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or the Florida Digital Bill of Rights), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise rights, email hello@venshermedia.com. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Business/prospect opt-out: if we contacted your business or prepared a preview website for it and you want your information removed from our systems and the preview taken down, one email does both — hello@venshermedia.com. We process takedowns promptly.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it — subject to legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security obligations that require retention of limited records. Licensed third-party business data is retained no longer than source-platform rules permit.

10. Security

We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, secrets management, and access controls. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to hello@venshermedia.com.

11. International transfers

We are a U.S. company; data is processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Age requirement

The Services are for business use by individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this policy; updates are posted with a revised effective date, and material changes will be reasonably notified.
